1. Urge Congress to Vote Contempt for Karl
Rove: Live Blog
by Don Siegelman on Dailey Kos: Diaries

....Now that a U.S. District Judge has ruled that White House aides like
Rove can't claim immunity in order to refuse testifying before
Congress, there's no room for Karl Rove to hide any longer.  It is time
for Rove to come clean and tell the truth about what he has done,
before the House Judiciary Committee, for all America to see.

That's why I'm asking you to email your Member of Congress, right
now, and urge the full House to vote to hold Karl Rove in contempt!

2. Siegelman witness released to halfway
house
by Bob Johnson for AP/Montgomery Advertiser

....Before entering prison last September, Bailey said if he had it to do
again, he would not have cooperated with federal prosecutors and
instead would have taken his chance with a jury. At that time, Bailey
said that if given a chance, he would apologize to Siegelman "not for
being at the trial, not for what was said at the trial because that was
not by choice -- but for making the mistakes that I made that got me
there in the first place."
