1. Siegelman: Karl Rove Must Testify Under
Oath

....Governor Siegelman tells NewsChannel 19, Rove's testimony is
critical in exposing the truth. "We know the D.O.J. (Department of
Justice) was used as a political tool," Siegelman told NewsChannel 19
in an exclusive interview. "It is a proven fact. We have sworn testimony
that it was used to get me. But, the only way that we're really going to
know the truth is when we get Karl Rove before the House Judiciary
Committee under oath."
The House adjourns in September.
